Delivery & invoices

The products are delivered at the delivery address you have chosen when the order was placed. Upon receipt of your payment, the purchased product(s) will be shipped by:

• Regular mail for orders under 100 €
• Registered and tracked mail for orders over 100 €.

You will be notified by email when your product(s) will be shipped. An invoice will be sent together with the delivery of the purchased products.

Payment

Payment for your purchases can only be made through PayPal. Please refer to their terms and conditions for more details.

The prices for the products and services available on the OTRA VISTA STORE are indicated in EUROS and DOLLARS. Prices include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax). And shipping for delivery within the European Union.

For customers outside the European Union, shipping charges will be added to the total amount of your order. See below:

• 0-15€ = 3€
• 16-50 = 10€
• 51-200 = 15€
• >200 = 30€

For example, the shipping of one Trimester Print will be charged 15€. Shipped by registered and tracked mail.

Product damages & replacement

Should the received product be damaged or not correspond to the product you have ordered, notify Baptiste Lignel by email without delay (contact@otra-vista.com). Requests should be made within 5 days after delivery. Emails should include photographic evidence of what the damage(s) might be.

Should the damage be acknowledged, upon receipt of the returned product, a new one will be shipped, at our own expense.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

This products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are exluded.

You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk no warranty is provided that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from baptiste lignel are free of viruses or other harmful components. No warranty is provided that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete or reliable. Baptiste Lignel shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Applicable law

You agree that the laws of France shall govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Baptiste Lignel.
